Lawson 👨‍🎤 Baker, Founder (@lwsnbaker)

Lawson is an entrepreneur and investor based in San Francisco, currently living the nomad life with his wife. Lawson's dream is to increase the usability + velocity of money online with social 💸 money + digital goods for communities. Lawson began working on RARA in the 3rd cohort of OnDeck Founder Fellows. Mick 🤠 Morucci (Growth + User Research) (metamick14)

Anthropologist and economist by trade, Mick previously dove deep into user research and product design for fintechs, banks, and crypto companies. Lawson stumbled on a Hackernoon post by Mick and felt like he was reading his own notes. A twitter DM later and Mick has been working with RARA ever since.

Today, Mick is running Growth and User Research to drive product and incentive design.

Matt 🤺 Lovan (Engineer, Incentives + Blockchain) (mattlovan)

Matt is a full-stack Javascript engineer and manager. Matt spent the last few years building in the Ethereum community with a focus on incentives and mechanism design most recently using DARPA red 🎈 ballon incentive model for referrals. Matt was in the 2nd cohort of OnDeck Founder Fellows.

Azeem 🤷🏻‍♂️ Khan (Community Growth) (azeemk_)

Azeem Khan is a New York-based entrepreneur who’s worked in tech, blockchain, biotech, gaming, and entertainment. Most recently, he lead partnerships and growth for Aglet, "Pokemon Go for sneakerheads", where he grew their users to a six figures within a few months. Prior to Aglet, he incubated an esports company at Roc Nation. Finally, like many other team members, Azeem found RARA through OnDeck where he was part of the 6th cohort. Azeem's also a huge hip hop fan.

Sam 🧗‍♂️ Dowd (Engineer, Mobile + Blockchain) (@sadmowd)

Sam is best known for Pause For, a mobile app connecting productivity to philanthropy using cryptocurrency, and for his contributions to the Kin ecosystem. Sam dreams of a world where technology is leveraged to compensate everyone for hard work, no matter what form it takes. He is an entrepreneur and consultant currently working out of Colorado Springs.

Vinay 🌀 Débrou (Incentives + Protocol Design) (@vinaydebrou)

A data scientist at heart, Vinay has been digging at the intersection of network-science and incentive-structures for years. Vinay was selected as an Emergent Ventures Fellow by Mercatus Center for his indie project 'Yak Network Map', an interactive network-mapping tool to generate interdisciplinary collaboration in online communities. Based in Kangra Valley, 🇮🇳 India, Vinay joined RARA in 2021 to construct a sustainable incentive-structure aligned with the Open Social + Social 💸 Money mission of RARA Social.

George [emoji] Igwemoh (Community Content) (Osigbhemeh)

Crypto investor, trader, entrepreneur, content creator, and writer, George is bringing a lot of punch to the table all the way from Nigeria. George is new to social money but we expect big things from him.

A former consultant and educator, Elle brings a data-driven, customer-focused approach to her design career especially as she dives deep into the user experience. I use my business background and eye for design to build products that strike a perfect balance between beauty and utility.

Chris Collins (Head of Business Operations at Foundation) (chris3collins)

Jack of all trades, was the first head of community at the Social 💸 Money Club. Today, Chris is running operations at Foundation, one of the leading cryptomedia + NFT platforms.
